In Jahara we learn to observe and listen to the subtle gestures of the body. This is a critical element in Jahara®--when we become so aware of our body we can observe how we move and hold our bodies, and then choose to unlearn patterns that do not serve in order to re-learn healthy body mechanics. The Professional classes are designed to bring awareness and wisdom to our work in a spread of material from Basics, Expansion, Integration, and Structural Shiatsu.
